What roles do we have across 1st Enable?
Roles within our organisation include:
- Support Workers

At the core of our organisation are the Support Workers who work the closest with the people we support every day.
What is the role of a Support Worker?
A Support Worker supports a person with mental health, learning and physical disabilities to live their life as independently as possible. They provide both physical and emotional support which can range from daily living tasks, finances, appointments, activities, holidays, etc. They support the person to make their own decisions regarding their life, wants and needs.
RATE OF PAY:
Support Worker – £11.60-£12.75 depending on the service/area you are working in.
Overtime/BANK – £13.00-314.28 depending on the service/area you are working in.
